AIMS

We aim to have an atmosphere of respect and friendship for each other. In particular, we aim
to treat every employee equally, regardless of their age, disability, gender or sexual orientation,
race, religion or belief

Inclusion and respect

Every Rightsize Ltd employee and subcontractor should be made to feel equally welcome and
included. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise offensive and inflammatory
remarks or behaviour are not acceptable. These constitute harassment and have no place in
our organisation.

Dealing with discrimination and harassment

A decision to exclude a person from the company due to discriminatory or harassing behaviour
may be made at the discretion of the directors of the company.
The company will support employees who feel they have been harassed or discriminated
against, and will not victimise or treat them less well because they have raised this.
